Julia Scott is an experienced EMDR therapist with additional training and experience in Flash Technique, Recent Traumatic Episode Protocol (R-TEP) and Attachment-informed EMDR Levels 1 & 2.
Julia is also a Certified Provider of the Safe and Sound Protocol and the Rest and Restore Protocol for Nervous System Regulation. These may be offered as an adjunct to EMDR if appropriate, at an additional cost.
